The car show was great, weather was about 90 and everyone one looked to be having a good time. Jeannine fired the car a couple times and the crowd came over to see what all the noise was. :) Hope to see some of you at the track July 2nd.

Congratulations to Jeannine on Graduating High School today... :) I know this is a little off topic, but she deserves it. See everyone back out at the track soon.

May 23rd
We thought for a minute we might actually get to race, but no Mother Nature stepped in and showed us she is still boss. Friday night at the Drags turned into Friday night in the rain. :( Maybe next week.

What a great day in Eastern Washington, the sun was out and the cars at the East Wenatchee Classy Chassis car show where out in force (361 entries). The Windows Vista Dragster took home 1st place in the competition class.

Friday April 25th, the weather finally turn nice. We went out for the weekend only to find that we had a blown Head Gasket on the motor that ended our weekend before it even started. We will be out testing in May once the new ones arrive.

Sunday April 6th was a rain out so Mother Nature was the only winner. We will be back at Pacific Raceways on April 25th - 27th.

The season opener at Pacific is currently underway. Friday was a rainout, we managed to get one pass on Saturday which was an 8.03 @ 166mph a new top speed for Jeannine. Today (Sunday) is looking wet so far, but we will be headed out to the track shortly to see what happens later in the day.

The 2008 Race Season is about to start for us and it is looking like it will be a good one. We have made some changes to the Dragster and it is almost ready for competition. We look forward to seeing everyone out at the track for a great 2008.

We just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to the Men and Women serving overseas in the Armed Forces. Also a Special thanks to DJ, yes he really does know me... -Jeannine

2007 Archives

September 28th: During a showing at Microsoft this past week, several people asked for Jeannine's 2005 Start Something Amazing eassy so here it is.

August 22nd: It has been a while since I last updated the site so here is the latest. Jeannine made an 8.13 sec pass at 165mph today and that is the fastest mph she has turned to date. The dragster is now running a single dominator carburator and that has made it a bit more managable. This has been a rough year with all the rain. But we still have a chance to make it out a couple more times. I will post the dates as soon as we firm them up.

May 31st: The weather is finally clear and we are ready to head out to Bremerton for two days of racing. We are looking forward to the Sun and the days ahead to race at both Bremerton and Pacific.

May 12th: Can you say rain out.

May 6th: We showed the car at a Fundraiser for the Special Olympics with the Puyallup Police Department and helped raise over $8000 for the games.

May 5th: On the first pass of the night we lost a Transmission cooling line and ended up with a small fire. The driver and car are fine and we are ready for the next race.

April 27 - 29: We finally got some full passes on the Dragster. Jeannine set a new personal best with a 7.91@155mph. Jeannine Quailified to run in the Top Comp field for a National Open on her first pass. We ended up going out first round, but it was a great weekend over all.

April 22nd: After a rainout on Saturday Jeannine finally got to make three passes on Sunday.at Bremerton. The first run she spun the tires at the start and lifted about 300ft resulting in a 11.33 @61mph. On the second run she spun the tires again and had an 1/8 mile time of 5.532 @ 140.14mph, 1/4 mile ET was 8.92 @120 mph, she lifted about 800 feet. On the final pass she launched hard with no tire spin an had a 60ft time of 1.11sec then lifted when the car got out of the groove and went sideways, 1/4 mile 10.16 @ 65mph. Over all it was a great learning experience and we are all happy that things went well. Pictures available here.

April 7th: Jeannine has finally made it down the track in the dragster. The rain stopped just long enough to give us 2 burnouts and one pass down the quarter mile. Jeannine launched the car and coasted it out. This was exactly what we wanted. Now I will go through the car and make sure everything is still tight and nothing is wrong.

March 24th Update: We showed the dragster at Pacific Lutheran University's Tech Fair and had over 1000 people stop by. This was an interesting experiance since alot of those people had no idea what Drag Racing was.

(Picture to the right) Here are three of Jeannine's biggest fans. This is a unique picture as Jeannine is the tallest one in it.

We hope to make some test passes on April 7th at Pacific Raceways. Maybe a dry weekend.

March 18th Update: We made the trip to the track and warmed the Dragster up just for the rain to come and stop all activity. Maybe next weekend.

On the 10th of November we went to the Window's Vista business release in Redmond, Washington. This was the first public appearence with the new dragster. There were over 6,000 people attending, it was one of our biggest crowds ever. During the event it was anounced that Windows Vista is Jeannine's Title Sponsor for the 2007 race season. Photos now available!

We would like to thank Auburn Sign for the great graphics for the car and trailer.
